    • Offer service cards worth 160 yuan, allowing customers to feel the real value of the discount. These cards will attract target customers by partnering with mid-to-high-end establishments such as hotels, cafes, and premium foot spas. The cards will be given as free gifts to their members. Once customers receive the card, they can enjoy complimentary services, ensuring that the majority of those visiting the shop have the purchasing power to become loyal customers.
  • Precise Customer Targeting:
    • The key to successful customer acquisition is not blindly distributing ads, but accurately identifying and reaching customers with purchasing power. By collaborating with venues (such as hotels, cafes, etc.), you can provide targeted acquisition products directly to eligible customers, avoiding wasted advertising costs and ensuring the attraction of highly qualified prospects.

Cost-Effectiveness Analysis

With this acquisition strategy, attracting 100 customers to the shop is not challenging. The most crucial part is ensuring at least one customer is locked in to prevent losses. With a 30 yuan acquisition cost, if you lock in 30 customers out of 100, the profit will easily surpass the investment. Even if only 2 or 10 customers are secured, the return on investment will still be substantial.

Back-End Value Extension

Consider this: if a customer spends 3,000 yuan in the first year, can maintaining a good relationship with them lead to continued spending in the second, third, or even fifth year? Additionally, satisfied customers are likely to refer friends to your shop, expanding your customer base even further.
